Ron has a proven track record with over 30 years of experience at healthcare systems ranging from start-up to $1 billion in revenue.

Ron most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Clarvida, a private equity-backed provider of behavioral health and social services.

Audrey leads the organization's human resources strategy, talent development, and culture initiatives.

In her role, she will partner with executives and physician leaders to build an exceptional workplace experience that supports UMP's mission, vision, and values.

Deena is the Chief Compliance Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners.

Prior to joining UMP, Deena spent over four years as Chief Compliance Officer for Springstone, a behavioral health system with 18 hospitals in nine states.

Drew is the Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Market at United Musculoskeletal Partners.

With over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Drew will lead UMP's Colorado market which includes Panorama Orthopedics with 6 clinic locations, 3 ASCs, 1 joint venture hospital, and 9 physical therapy locations.

Joined United Musculoskeletal Partners as Vice President of Strategy and Growth in 2021.

Prior to joining United Musculoskeletal Partners, was Vice President of Service Line Strategy Team for United Surgical Partners.
