• Joined after spending the last 17+ years with Ardent Health Services, a 30-hospital system.
  
• While CFO he oversaw all Financial functions during a period of significant growth at Ardent, growing from $2.5B to over $5B.

• Prior to joining United Musculoskeletal Partners, was attorney at Weathington, McGrew.

• Chief Development Officer since January of 2022.
• 25+ years healthcare experience including 20+ in senior development and operating roles for United Surgical Partners International.

Prior to joining United Musculoskeletal Partners, J.T. led the Human Resources and Internal Communications function at Landmark Health which became a part of Optum through an acquisition in 2022.

Drew is the Chief Executive Officer of Colorado Market at United Musculoskeletal Partners.

With over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Drew will lead UMP's Colorado market which includes Panorama Orthopedics with 6 clinic locations, 3 ASCs, 1 joint venture hospital, and 9 physical therapy locations.

Deena is the Chief Compliance Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners. Prior to joining UMP, Deena spent over four years as Chief Compliance Officer for Springstone, a behavioral health system with 18 hospitals in nine states.

• Orthopaedic Surgeon with a certificate of added qualifications in hand surgery and fellowship trained in foot and ankle surgery.
• 20th year with Resurgens Orthopaedics, 16th year as Physician Director.

• Vice President of Strategy and Growth since 2021.
• Prior to joining United Musculoskeletal Partners, was Vice President of Service Line Strategy Team for United Surgical Partners.

Krista Arndt is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at United Musculoskeletal Partners. As the CISO, Krista is responsible for the safety and security of all UMP and its practices' patients and employees.

Ethan brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience in progressive leadership roles within four of the top ten healthcare systems. Ethan has spent much of his career working to transform the revenue cycle by helping providers improve financial and operating performance. He has a proven record of building successful teams and guiding companies through periods of innovation.

Bruce Candebat is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a 30-year history of working in the information technology and services industry in both public and private companies. Mr. Candebat is skilled in Management, Risk Management, Business Development, Business Process Improvement, and Variance Analysis.

Bob is the Chief Managed Care Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners responsible for payer partnerships across UMP and it's joint ventures. Bob's focus is on managed care payer negotiations at the national level, quality performance and unique payment incentive arrangements for key clinical success.

Kenny is the VP of Surgical Services for United Musculoskeletal Partners, and is responsible for JV relationship management, ROI improvement, and utilization management.
