Drew is joining UMP from Balance Health in Denver, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he led Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle Management, and Marketing, while successfully growing the organization from 4 to 12 practices across California, Arizona, and Washington.
Prior to Balance Health, Drew held the position of Division Vice President at DaVita where he was responsible for 60 clinics in Oklahoma and Arkansas, overseeing 800 team members. He also previously served as Vice President of Operations at Honor Health. He earned an MBA with a major in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Drew lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Kelli and two kids (Weslie 13, Graham 9) and three dogs. He spends his free time riding bikes, fly fishing and exploring the outdoors.
