Audrey will
lead the organization's human resources strategy, talent development, and
culture initiatives. In her role, she will partner with executives and
physician leaders to build an exceptional workplace experience that supports
UMP's mission, vision, and values.

A collaborative and results-driven HR executive, Audrey has extensive experience leading human capital strategies in high-growth physician practice organizations. She is passionate about building scalable people solutions that enhance both business outcomes and the physician and employee experience. Throughout her career, she has ensured that HR strategies keep physicians top of mind, fostering a culture that enables them to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Before
joining UMP, Audrey served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pediatric
Associates Family of Companies, a 300+ national practice organization, where
she led enterprise-wide HR operations and strategic people initiatives. Prior
to that, she was the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Cancer
Treatment Centers of America (CTCA).
Audrey holds a master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and a bachelor's degree from DePaul University. A Florida resident, Audrey lives with her husband, Jeff, and their adorable dachshund, Maple. She and her husband have three grown children and enjoy traveling, great food, and time spent with family.
