Atlanta, GA, July 23, 2025 - United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP), a national leader in musculoskeletal care delivery, welcomes Michael Finch as the CFO of the Georgia market. Michael joins UMP with more than 30 years of experience in business operations, capital raise, mergers and acquisitions, organizational structure, and financial leadership.
Most recently, he served as the CFO of Gastro Care Partners, a growth partner for gastroenterology practices and providers. Prior to Gastro Care, Michael founded the MSO Vision Care Professional Services, and served as its CFO.
Michael holds an MBA and Master of Accounting from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant and held a FINRA Series 7 and 63 as a General Securities Representative. He is on the Advisory Board of the Leadership Program of the Rockies and was formerly the President of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, hunting, skiing, and playing golf. Michael is passionate about supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Selfless Love, and the Belle Bonfils Memorial Blood Center and continues support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Together with his wife, he has helped raise millions of dollars to fund research for a treatment and a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
